We are Integrated Timber Solutions, we have over 25 years’ experience in the timber industry. We supply high quality timber to new and existing customers throughout Ireland and the UK. We pride ourselves in our outstanding reputation that we have develop over our many years and we will continue to provide only the best for our customers.
What we do
In a nutshell, we provide bespoke timber packaging for any use that needs safe, secure, and robust protection. We offer pallet manufacture and supply, exportation of crates, heat treatment and kiln drying, and we are a ISPM15 certificate packaging facility.
Pallets
No matter what you need pallets for, whether it is stacking or transporting products, it is important that you use pallets that are manufactured using the highest quality wood. Here at Integrated Timber Solutions our pallets are made-to-measure, and heat treated. We offer repair and reconditioning or pallets as well!
Export Crates
We export crates for clients across Ireland and the UK!
At Integrated Timber Solutions we know that a variety of products will be exported using crates, including, electronics, machinery, and engineering goods. Our experts will assess the size and weight of any specific item and then they can determine the specification and construction of the packaging.
Heat Treatment
It is important that high quality wood is treated well, here at Integrated Timer Solutions we know this more than anyone. Therefore, we offer heat treatment and Kiln drying services for you!
We provide heat treatments for pallets, crates, cases, and other timber products. On top of this, the benefits of Kiln drying can greatly increase your products shelf life. Kiln drying will minimise fungus and pests, and it also reduces the moisture content, making your load a lot lighter – no downside whatsoever!
ISPM15 Certified Packaging
Integrated Timber Solutions are proud to say we are one of the ISPM15 certified packaging facilities and suppliers throughout Ireland and the UK. As more and more Integrated Timber Solution products are being used to ship freight aboard, we are pleased to hold this ISPM15 certification.
ISPM15 stands for the International Standards for Phytosanitary Measures No.15. They relate to the regulations put in place to prevent the spread of pests and diseases through the transport of wooden pallets, crates, boxes, etc, between the EU and the rest of the world.
