Heat treatment for wooden pallets
When exporting goods around the world you must be careful not to damage your goods. To avoid this happening timber must be treated correctly.
ITS Ltd is a ISPM 15 certified company. The International Standards for Phytosanitary Measures No. 15 (ISPM 15) is an internationally recognized phytosanitary measure developed by the International Plant Protection Convention (IPPC) that defines the requirements to heat treat wood materials of a thickness greater than 6mm.
At Integrated Timber Solutions Ltd, we ensure that all our products strictly comply with ISPM 15, and use heat treated timber for manufacturing timber crates and pallets. We have kilns on site that ensure the job is done right and no pallets are left out of this treatment as it is just as important as any other step in the process, if not more important.
